Any recommendation for food here??
Famous Japanese high end department store for the finer things in life. This department store has the usual designer labels both foreign and domestic.Staff is attentive throughout all departments with prompt and professional service. You will be assured to know staff are multi-lingual to assist with your shopping enquiries. This is also a tax free department store for eligible foreigners with their passport to obtain your tax free refund seamlessly easy.
More9th floor terrace. excellent spot to escape from the rain and.listen to relaxation music
MoreVery nice high end department store. My favorite part however is the gigantic food hall on B1 where you can find amazing things to eat and try both sweet and savory, as well teas.
MoreGreat place for shopping. You can find almost everything here. And if you come here roughly around 7 p.m., you might be able to buy seafood or sushi at discounted price.
MoreI love this department store. There's always a lot of great options in the basement for food and gifts. Very high quality merchandise with excellent service.
MoreThe department to visit ! Many luxury stores and and a very nice basement with so many good food. La durée on the first floor is a nice place to have a tea with a nice sweet and watch the crossing.
MoreThe basement (B1) has the best options to choose from for food, from baked goods, chocolate, salad's to prepared dinner's. They offer very high end products!
MoreYou know that your in the wrong store when you recognise the names as you are going up the escalator Chanel, Stella McCartney, Louis Vuitton etc and when you get to the ATM it spits your card out in disgust.
MoreHigh class department store with 12 floors. You will find everything that has class in here.
MoreVery hot but crowded and feel a little uncomfortable
It is a very very busy department store especially food/deli and cosmetic departments. I only want to get in get my stuff and get out. Selection of grocery and deli/chocolate/cakes/sweet are plenty but mostly from large chains. IMO, this store is lack of real good quality stuff by Japanese standard. Pretty disappointing!
MoreThe food mall (or supermarket) is great. You can find nice selection of sake here too.
MoreNice food show in B2 , you get to try many samples while walking
Be there for store opening to get official greetings. Very high end store with many designers. Beautiful housewares and the basement floor filled with gourmet food items
MoreLove this department store. They have a lot of designer brands
Great service and great staff.😉
The quintessential Tokyo department store. Come here to buy fine food, luxury brand clothing, or high end Japanese souvenirs! Great service!
MoreGood location. Food stall at B2
Will always be my favorite!
Great mall, tourist may apply for a 5% off member card at b1
Very nice posh department store. One of the best in Japan. This Ginza store is a landmark.
MoreVery nice high-end department store. They were very helpful and friendly to a Gaijin like me. I was watch shopping and ending up buying a watch here and was very pleased with the service. They resized the watch band three times for me until it was perfect, smiling the whole time. Classic Japanese service quality 👌
MoreAlways my favourite department store in Tokyo. Love their food floor in basement. I can shop various brands of chocolate and traditional confectioneries together in one place 👍
MoreOne of the most complete shopping mall in Tokyo. And great food store on the basement
MoreAlways nice to visit this store. Without fail good service is a gold standard. Then aside from the products they carry the best part is the food section in the basement. There’s always so much to taste and enjoy
MoreEverything looked very appetizing that it is impossible to ignore. Perfectly located near the train station.
MoreThis review is for the suqqu counter. The staff just wanted to spend minimum time on you and have you buy their products without consultation. Very disappointed. I ended up going to their Nihombashi store and it was way much better.
MoreWe went to the cafe on the 6th floor. We waited for about 20 mins, and had the cake set at just over 1,600 yen per person. The cakes we top notch. The cafe latte only has a (cow’s) milk option (no soy). The tea was weak, and for only one cup (not a pot) for the price I was disappointed as other places serve a pot at that price (this 4 stars).
MoreI love it . Wonderfull food market
Awesome department store in ginza. Pricey but worth visiting.
Super busy around closing time! Excellent samples here, you can get full sized jellies, chocolate truffles etc as a sample. The food floors B2 and B3 aren't super big.
MoreExtremely busy down at the cosmetic counters, many people manly foreigners from China. All the staffs are helpful and they work very fast to take care of all the customers. The queue was long but the staffs work fast so I wasn't have to wait very long. 👍
MoreClassy department store. All the brands and boutiques in one place. Like many of the Department stores in Japan, unbelievable range of stellar gourmet foods and produce on the lower floors. Take your chosen goodies up to the beautiful roof top outdoor area on a nice day.Make sure you allocate enough time to explore and enjoy this wonderful store.
MoreNice place to getting morden Japanese shopping experience
Fantastic department store located in central Ginza. Lots of options for men and women with some cosmetics as well.
MoreJapanese top department store
Always liked to visit this department store. It’s not a big department store compare to the other Mitsukoshi. The basement floor food/sweets section is a must for me. Apply for a 5% discount card if you are a foreigner. The same card can be used for Isetsan as well. Many people work at the tax refund can speak mandarin.
MoreFantastic experience. Wonderful goods. Superb staff.
Major Japanese department store, wonderful food hall in the lower levels. Food court and outdoor terrace on the 9th Fl. we bought food in the basement, and took it to 9 and sat outside to eat. Very nice.
MoreDon't forget to visit the depachika or underground food hall
Cafe was elegant. Food was top class
One of the most famous Japanese department store.
There are enormous number of Chinese tourists, this lots of shops are presenting products targeting them.
MoreRecommend for shabu no need for A5, A4 is cheaper and very good as well
Such lovely baked goods! Hot food leaves something to be desired.
Highly recommended this place. Be a guest visitor and get 10% off aside from getting tax free from your purchases.
MoreTheir food variety on lower floors & upper restaurants are awesome. Other floors are more like exclusive boutiques.
MoreFor branded names you can find it here in this area. Explore the building from One floor to another. Located near the Ginsa station exit. You xan not miss it.
MoreYou can spend an entire day walking around this place. One of the best basement food markets of any mall in Tokyo. It’s a must go for anyone that wants to experience this type of eating experience. There are no real seats besides a small seating and standing section so be prepared to eat somewhere else. There is way to much to cover, but if you think it, it’s probably there for you to eat. Everything from deserts, pastas, sushi, fruits, all of it is here. Go hungry because you will end up over buying anyway.
MoreGreat to walk through and see, go to the lower level for an amazing selection of food. Also makes for a nice cool break on a hot day.
